honor their money-back refund
I've been waiting for about 10 weeks now, and gotten the run-around the entire time.
I tried to get my money back (within the money back guarantee period) and 2 months later and a lot of jumping through hoops they still didn't send it! In the end I just gave up and gave the company a second chance to supply me with a decent product. I was told my shop would be ready to go live with within a day, 2 weeks later and it's full of bugs and there's no way I can possibly go live with it, it's a complete mess. I'm getting no replies to my emails either. This is not funny, please sort out your customer service ASAP!
