    I tried to get my money back (within the money back guarantee period) and 2 months later and a lot of jumping through hoops they still didn't send it! In the end I just gave up and gave the company a second chance to supply me with a decent product. I was told my shop would be ready to go live with within a day, 2 weeks later and it's full of bugs and there's no way I can possibly go live with it, it's a complete mess. I'm getting no replies to my emails either. This is not funny, please sort out your customer service ASAP!

    I completely agree, after having numerous problems with the iscripts multicart I've now also just noticed this problem. I have just added two test accounts for sellers and now I can't get rid of them - they are showing in the list of sellers! I'm guessing there must be a file on the server that needs editing but it would make much more sense if you could do this via the admin panel.

    Yes the shipping seems to be a complete mess on mine, I still can't go live with the shop because any bespoke shipping you add doesn't go through to the final bill which would mean the customer would get the item shipped at no cost! As you say there needs to be the option to have individual shipping costs assigned to individual items.
